Maharashtra  Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Sunil Kedar has said that the Dairy Department has agreed in principle to provide about 5 acres of Dairy Department land for NDRF base camp at Mahad district. He was speaking in meeting held yesterday at Mantralaya in Mumbai.<br />'' <br />''Addressing to the gatherings, Minister further said that due to the emergency situation in the Konkan region, especially in Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts, the state government has submitted a proposal to center to set up a permanent NDRF base camp at Mahad for further approval. Raigad Guardian Minister Aaditi Tatkare demanded permanant NDRF camp at Mahad district of Maharashtra earlier.</span><br />
