Former Delhi Police Commissioner Y S Dadwal and retired IAS officer G S Patnaik have been appointed as advisors to the Arunachal Pradesh Governor after the Centre brought the state under President's rule. An official source said, the two officials have been appointed as advisors to the Governor Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa.<br/> <br/>While Mr Dadwal is a 1974-batch IPS officer who retired in 2011 from paramilitary SSB, Mr Patnaik is a 1980-batch IAS officer who retired after serving in the Delhi government in various capacities. The Centre yesterday brought Arunachal Pradesh under President's rule and kept the Assembly under suspended animation after more than a month of political turmoil.
