A CBI special court in Hyderabad has rejected bail once again to Kadapa Lok Sabha Member and YSR Congress party President Jaganmohan Reddy in connection with the disproportionate assets case against him. Dismissing a bail petition, Justice Durga Prasada Rao observed that bail can not be granted at this juncture as investigation into seven other aspects of the case is yet to be completed. The court had rejected the statutory bail petition filed by Jaganmohan Reddy earlier. The special court has considered another bail petition with respect to the chargesheet that the CBI has filed. The Court also held that the Supreme Court did not specify any time frame for completion of the investigation.
