A CBI special court in Hyderabad today rejected bail plea of Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy who was arrested with in connection with the disproportionate assets case against him. The CBI court gave the direction after hearing the bail petition filed by Jaganmohan Reddy. Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned till tomorrow its direction over the quashing petition filed by the Kadapa MP. The arguments over quashing pettion by the MP and the paettion by the CBI seeking his custody have been completed today in the High Court. Jaganmohan Reddy has sought quashing his arrest as well as the probe against him stating that they are illegal. The CBI has sought 10-day custody of the Kadapa MP as he is the prime accused to further probe the assets case.
