Vice- Chancellor of the Imphal based Central Agriculture University D.S.N. Puri has been awarded with the Academic Leadership Award for his outstanding contribution to raising the academic standard of the University.The award was presented to him by the Governor of Punjab Shivraj Patil in New Delhi recently. It was under his leadership that the existing College of Agricultural Engineering and Post Harvest Technology was established at Ranipool near Gangtok.
