In the Czech Republic, the Presidential elections will go to a run-off after incumbent Milos Zeman led in the first round but failed to secure enough votes to win outright. <br/><br/>With nearly all results in, Mr Zeman has bagged 39 percent votes. His nearest rival Jiri Drahos won 26.3 percent. A total turnout of 61 percent was recorded in the first round. Mr Zeman is seeking a second five-year term. The second round is scheduled for the 26th of this month.
