Cyprus has detained a vessel which is loaded with unspecified military cargo and reportedly destined for Sudan. Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism Antonis Paschalides said the cargo has not yet been fully identified. <br/><br/>However, a police spokesman confirmed reports that there are either tanks or armoured vehicles aboard the vessel. The ship, carrying the flag of Antigua and Barbuda, was detained when it anchored off southern Cypriot port of Limassol, requesting permission to enter port for refueling.
