Cyprus has agreed on a series of economic reforms with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund. The move is part of the bail-out package that rescued it from bankruptcy last week.The IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde described it as a challenging programme that will require great efforts from the Cypriot population.
