The Gujarat Government has announced 105-crore rupee relief package for fishermen affected by cyclonic storm Tauktae, which had hit the Saurashtra Coast recently. According to official sources, 25 crore rupees of the total package has been earmarked for paying ex-gratia compensation to fishermen for their damaged boats and fishing equipment. The remaining 80 crore rupees will be reserved to repair and strengthen infrastructure in Jafrabad, Shiyal Bet, Saiyad Rajapara and Nava Bandar fishing harbours.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel announced this at Gandhinagar last evening.
