The cyclone over the Central Arabian Sea is currently at a distance of 850 km from Porbandar in Gujarat. A warning has been issued to the fishermen not to venture out into the sea. A port signal of second degree has been installed at Porbandar port. Fishing operations have been ordered to be completely stopped. Manorama  Mohanti, Head of IMD , Ahmedabad informed that there is no direct impact of cyclone on Gujarat.
