CWG: Shooters Anish, Neeraj in 25m Rapid Fire Pistol final

In the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, shooters Anish and Neeraj Kumar today qualified to the Finals of the Men's 25-metre Rapid Fire Pistol event. 

Tejaswini Sawant and Anjum Moudgil also qualified to the Women's 50 metre Rifle-3 Positions Final. Shreyasi Singh and Seema Tomar are now featuring in the Women's Trap Qualification, while Manavjit Sandhu and Kynan Chenai are in action on Day 1 of Men's Trap Qualification.

In Boxing, eight Indian pugilists, including Manoj Kumar, Vikas Krishan, Satish Kumar and Mohammed Hussamuddin will look to book a place in the Final of their respective categories today.

Wrestlers Bajrang, Divya Kakran, Mausam Khatri, Pooja Dhanda will also hit the mat today. India wrestlers had won 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze yesterday.

In Men's Hockey, India will take on New Zealand in the semi-finals. The Women's team had lost to Australia, 0-1 yesterday in the last-4. They will now play England for the Bronze medal.

In Badminton, PV Sindhu, Saina Nehwal and Kidambi Srikanth will play their quarterfinal matches today.

India continues to be third in the medals tally, with 14 Gold, 7 Silver and 10 Bronze. Australia is at the top, with England second.
