A Delhi court is likely to frame charges against sacked CWG Organising Committee Chairman Suresh Kalmadi and others today for alleged cheating, conspiring and causing a loss of over 90 crore rupees to the exchequer in a Games related corruption case.

Special CBI Judge Ravinder Kaur had on January the 10th, posted for today the framing of charges in the case also involving former OC Secretary General Lalit Bhanot as an accused.

The accused will also be charged with the offences of Forgery under the IPC and Criminal Misconduct by Public Servants under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
