A Delhi court has asked CBI to file a report on the status of proceedings before Chief Vigilance Officer of CPWD and PWD on a plea against former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and others for alleged corruption during 2010 Commonwealth Games. The court passed the directions on a complaint filed by RTI activist Vivek Garg seeking registration of FIR for alleged corruption in CWG-related projects. The complaint was earlier transferred to CBI by Delhi Police. The court, in its order said that status reports were called from the CBI as well as Economic Offence Wing repeatedly.
