The Commonwealth Games Organising Committee has said that all the sports venues in the capital are ready to host the games scheduled to take place in the month of October. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi on Monday, Organising Committee Vice Chairman, Randhir Singh said that he has personally inspected every venue and has found them to be fit for hosting the games. He said the Organising Committee has taken over all the games venues though safety regulation certificates for some of the stadia from the concerned agencies are in process. He further said, some minor repair work and removal of waste materials at the sites may take another week's time to complete.
