CWG Organising Committee official M Jayachandran, was today granted bail by the Delhi High Court.He was arrested by the CBI on November 21, 2010 for alleged financial bungling in holding Queen Baton's Relay, QBR in London in 2009.Justice Hima Kohli granted bail to Jayachandran, following the CBI's failure to wind up the probe and file the charge sheet in the case within the stipulated 60-day period. Jayachandran was taken into custody days after other two co-accused T S Darbari and Sanjay Mahendroo were arrested on November 15, 2010. The duo too have already secured bail on the ground of the CBI's failure in concluding the probe and filing the charge sheet.
