Congress general secretary and UP Congress in-charge ?Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that current dispensation at the centre is trying to vitiate country's atmosphere by trying to divide it on caste and religion lines. <br/><br/>He accused the central leadership of BJP for taking no action against its ministers, MPs and senior leaders who are issuing such statements which are affecting the communal harmony and its very fabric in the country. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Lucknow today, he said that number one priority of the Congress is to confront and check the spread of communalism at any cost. Mr Azad however refused possibility of poll alliance with any political party as of now. <br/><br/>He expressed hope that Congress will witness its revival this time from Uttar Pradesh. He said, as of now, the focus is on strengthening the party in the state. He also clarified that there is no CM face of Congress at this point of time. <br/><br/>He expressed hope that Priyanka Gandhi will go out in more districts of UP in coming Vidhan Sabha elections, apart from Raebareli and Amethi. He also denied any change in state leadership.
