In Jammu & Kashmir, the normal life across Kashmir remained completely paralysed on the 10th consecutive day. The curfew is in force in nine districts of Kashmir Valley. In Srinagar district, the curfew like restrictions have been imposed in sensitive areas under six police stations including Maisuma in uptown. <br/><br/>However, no major untoward incident was reported from any part of the Valley so far. The death toll of civilians stands at 38 during prevailing law and order disturbances since July 09. <br/>Ruling PDP's legislator Mohammad Khalil Bandh was reported having sustained serious spinal cord and visceral injuries when a stone pelting mob attacked him last night in south Kashmir's Pulwama district. Officials said the legislator's vehicle met an accident on his way to Srinagar. He is undergoing treatment at Army's Srinagar hospital.
