In Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities have re-imposed curfew in Srinagar city and restrictions in main towns of Anantnag, Pulwama, Kulgam, Baramulla and Sopore. The step has been taken after a youth who was injured in recent clashes in Srinagar succumbed to injuries in the wee hours on Monday. Authorities had lifted curfew from Srinagar and other towns on Sunday after eight days and shops and business establishments had also opened.
