<br/> The situation in Kashmir valley continues to remain peaceful. Authorities have lifted curfew from all areas on Sunday. However, restrictions under section 144 continued to remain in parts of Srinagar city and other major towns.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the state government has convened an All Party Meeting in Srinagar today to discuss the situation. AIR correspondent reports that the invitation has been extended to all 12 recognised political parties and groups for the meeting.<br/>PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti has stuck to her decision to stay away from today's all-party meeting despite the Prime Minister urging her to reconsider her stand.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah received a shot in arm on Sunday with legislators of the National Conference and the Congress rallying behind him appreciating the steps taken by the government in restoring peace in the valley.<br/> At a specially called meeting of legislators belonging to ruling coalition in Srinagar on Sunday, it was decided that Government will put in place an appropriate mechanism to address the grievances and problems of the people in a more vibrant, systematic, regular and time-bound manner.
