In Uttar pradesh, the Curfew in six police station areas of Moradabad is still in force. At least 50 people have been arrested so far related to violent incidents. Curfew was clamped last night following clashes between two groups in the city late last night. The DIG Police of Muradabad N.K.Srivastava told AIR that the situation is under control in all curfew bound areas. The Police, PAC and Rapid Action force have been deployed in the disturbed areas. About a dozen people and three police officers were injured in the violent incidents. Some vehicles were also set on fire by the violent mob.
