In Andhra Pradesh, the situation remained peaceful in Madannapet and Saidabad areas of Hyderabad, while the indefinite curfew enters the third day today. Police said, no untoward incident has been reported from part anywhere since Sunday evening. Curfew was clamped in these areas following clashes between two groups.Police continued to keep a tight vigil in all the sensitive areas of the old city. Besides imposing section 144, intense patrolling is being carried out and security has been tightened at all important places in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Sceunderabad.Meanwhile, people in the curfew-bound areas are facing hardships in getting essential commodities like milk and vegetables.
