In Uttar Pradesh curfew continues in two police areas of Kotwali Sadar and Cantonement in city of Faizabad today. The communal clashes in the district have claimed two lives so far.Taking a strong cognizance of the incidents, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav ordered the suspension of Faizabad SP City , ADM City and an Inspector on the charges of dereliction of duties.Quoting police sources AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that heavy security deployment has been made in and around the troubled areas of Faizabad and tension gripped town of Ayodhya. Strict police vigil is being maintained in the twin cities of Ayodhya and Faizabad alongwith strife stricken towns of Rudauli, Shahganj, Bikapur and Bhadarsa. Police said situation is tense but under control.Meanwhile CM Akhilesh Yadav announced on Thursday that adequate compensation will be made to the victims of arson. Top brass of state administration including DG Police and Principal Secretary Home are camping in Faizabad to effectively control the situation.
