Curfew continues in Srinagar and all other towns of the valley for the sixth consecutive day on Wednesday. On Tuesday five persons died and nearly 20 were injured when people defied curfew and clashed with security forces at several places. Three persons died in Srinagar in the separate firing incidents at Kamarwadi, Shalteng and Narwara while two persons died in the similar incident at Frisal in Kulgam district. There were also late evening protests in Srinagar and people in interior Srinagar city staged sit-in on roads while defying curfew.
