A cultural extravaganza titled Mumbai Fest is set to be held in the city from the 20th to the 28th of January 2024. Announcing the details of the event in a press conference today, Maharashtra's tourism minister Girish Mahajan said the festival is an attempt to cherish the unity and inclusivity of the financial capital, which is often referred to as a melting pot of various cultures.<br />''<br />''The mega event will be an amalgam of a slew of already popular events like the Kala Ghoda Art Festival, Bandra Fair, Worli Mahotsav and Mumbai Marathon among others.<br />''<br />''Prominent industrialist Anand Mahindra, who has been roped in as the chairperson of the festival's advisory committee, hoped that the festival would showcase the city's essence to the world.
