Shoppers in Cuba are stocking up goods ranging from soap to detergents ahead of a price jump from the first of January when the items will no longer be State subsidised.The Cuban Government announced on Wednesday that it would drop first hygiene products from the monthly ration allocated to citizens since the Cuban revolution.
