The Communist Cuba says it is expanding free market reforms giving more of the retail service sector to private business.On January 1, workers including carpenters, locksmiths, photographers, will be allowed to leave the state sector and become self-employed.The measures are the latest in President Raul Castro's programme of reforms, which aims to revive Cuba's socialist economy.
