In the Chennai Super Kings 5th International Grand Master chess tournament, top seed Grandmaster Aleksandrov Aleksej of Belarus started his campaign with a bang when he overpowered Anirudh Aiyangar in the first round yesterday.It was smooth sailing for all the other higher seeded players with the exception of Grandmaster B Adhiban, who was made to sweat it out by V Varshini.
