Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu today said the criticism of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and three years of NDA government by opposition parties reveal the disconnect between them and people of the country. <br/><br/>In a press statement, the Minister said said Congress, DMK, and Communist leader indulged in laughable criticism of the NDA government yesterday which shows their ignorance of a New India taking shape. He said the opposition parties are frustrated due to the steadily growing appeal of Prime Minister Modi. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu said the Prime Minister's decisive use of authority is already evident in the way corruption is being curbed, governance is being improved, people are being made partners in development planning, and scarce resources are being more efficiently utilized. <br/><br/>He also said some opposition parties are branding Mr Modi authoritarian only because such use of authority is a clear break from the forgettable legacy of Congress and Communists.
