The old ambience of Test match cricket is back again at the historic Chepauk cricket ground in Chennai. The M A Chidambaram stadium is sprucing itself up again to host the first of the four Test match series between India and Australia from Friday. Test match cricket would be returning to the stadium for the first time after the match between England and India in 2008. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy, instituted for the Test series between India and Australia in 1976-77, is scheduled to be unvieled at the stadium today in the presence of rival captains M.S. Dhoni and Michael Clarke.
