In Cricket, the Indian Men's Cricket team was seen wearing black armbands on day three of the third test against England in Rajkot. In a social media post, the BCCI said that this gesture by team India is in memory of former Indian captain Dattajirao Gaekwad who passed away recently. He was India's oldest living test cricketer.
 
On thirteenth of this month, the former Indian test captain took his last breath and died of minor heart attack. A right-handed batsman, Dattajirao was a right-hand batsman who played 11 Tests and scored 350 runs. He also captained the Indian team during the England tour in 1959.
