In Cricket, Shreyas Iyer made a match-defining 77 before the bowlers, led by left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed, guided India-A to a 65-run win over West Indies-A in the low-scoring first unofficial ODI at Antigua.
India-A were in a spot of bother at 22 for 3 after opting to bat before Iyer and Hanuma Vihari stitched 95 runs for the fourth wicket to lay the foundation for the team's 190-run total.
Defending the total, India-A bundled out West India-A for 125 in 35.5 overs. The second unofficial ODI of the five-match series will be played on Sunday.
