The 2013 Champions League Twenty-20 cricket tournament begins at Mohali today. The tournament featues a qualifying stage and a group stage, with today's fixtures being Qualifying group matches. The qualifying stage has four teams, Faisalabad Wolves, Otago, Kandurata Maroons and Sunrisers Hyderabad. In the opening qualifying group match, Faisalabad Wolves will take on Otago at 4 PM, while Kandurata Maroons will clash with Sunrisers Hyderabad at 8 in the evening in the second match of the day. These four teams will play a round-robin tournament, the top two of which will advance to the group stage, which begins from Saturday at Jaipur. The Indian Premier League teams already in the group stage are, Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Rahasthan Royals.
