The CPI(M) today welcomed the Supreme Court's landmark verdict declaring right to privacy as a fundamental right. <br/><br/>In a statement, the party expressed hope that it will protect the misuse of private data in a world dominated by corporates.It said,the landmark judgment should pave the way to prevent misuse of private data and infringement upon the privacy of individuals.
