CPI(M) will hold a plenum in December after a gap of 37 years to assess its organisational strength. AIR correspondent reports, preparations for the plenum were discussed during a three-day meeting of the party's central committee, which concluded<br/>today in New Delhi.<br/><br/>CPI(M) had decided to hold a plenary meeting during a party congress in April this year.<br/><br/>The party's last plenum was held in 1978 at Salkia in West Bengal.
