In Kerala, CPIM led LDF has decided to boycott examination of video tapes of assembly proceedings during voting of appropriation bill in the last session of the house. The allegation of the opposition against the ruling UDF that false voting has been carried out was a major political controversy recently. The speaker G Karthikeyan permitted examination of the footage as requested by the Chief Minister to come clean on the issue. However, the opposition has decided to keep away from the process to be held on Wednesday.
