CPIM held govt responsible for current stalemate in Parliament

The CPIM today held the government responsible for the current stalemate in Parliament over the opposition demand for a JPC probe into 2G spectrum scam. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party leader Sitaram Yechury said the government has failed to find a solution to end the stalemate, which he described as most unprecedented. Sticking to left parties stand on 2G spectrum issue, Mr Yechury made it clear that a JPC probe is absolutely essential. Replying to a question, he accused the BJP of losing its credibility due to internal differences over the demand for a JPC. He said all the eleven parties belonging to Non-NDA and Non-UPA factions, will soon finalise the dates for launching country-wide protest rallies against corruption.
