In Kerala, CPI(M) has decided not give party ticket to Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan for next month's assembly elections. The decision has been taken during the party Secretariat meeting on Wednesday at Thiruvananthapuram. Meanwhile, full Election Commission headed by Chief Election Commissioner SY Qureshi will arrive in Thiruvannthapuram today to take stock of poll preparations.
