CPI(M) Central Committee meet begins in New Delhi

The CPI(M) Central Committee meeting bagan in New Delhi on Wednesday to fine-tune the strategy to be adopted by it in the upcoming Assembly polls in West Bengal and Kerala.The meeting, however, is not being attended by West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya. He has been skipping meetings of the top leaders of the party following reported differences with them.The meeting, will also discuss the contents of a political and organisational report, critically reviewing implementation of the goals set by the 2008 Coimbatore Congress of the CPI(M). This report will be placed before the meeting of extended Central Committee next month in Vijayawada.
