The Communist Party of India(CPI) has withdrawn from the Congress led Secular Progressive Front(SPF) Government in Manipur on Wednesday. Briefing media persons at Imphal on Wednesday afternoon, State Secretary of the Party Dr. M Nara said that Congress Party did not honour the coalition culture in the second term the ten-year long Front. He also said that the Common Minimum Programme of the SPF Government could not be implemented in the past decade.
