The Communist Party of India (CPI) has deplored Delhi government's decision to reserve hospitals for Delhiites. <br />''<br />''The party in a statement said, this is unconstitutional and goes against the oath of office Arvind Kejriwal had undertaken while assuming charge as the Chief Minister. <br />''<br />''The party said Mr Kejriwal himself has repeatedly asserted that Delhi being the national capital belongs to all Indians. The Party appealed to the Chief Minister to immediately withdraw the partisan and unconstitutional order.<br />''  <br />
