CPI says, it will support the nationwide retail trade bandh on Thursday against government's decision to allow FDI in the sector.In a statement issued in New Delhi, the party said allowing 51 percent FDI in multi brand retail trade will affect adversely retail trade chain in the country which provides employment to over 4.5 crore people.The party said that all arguments about benefits of FDI including better prices to agricultural producers, controlling inflation and providing fresh employment are utterly false.
