CPI reiterates demands for roll back of govt decision of diesel price hike

CPI today reiterated its demand for roll back of government's decision of diesel price hike, capping of subsidised LPG cylinders to six a year and FDI in retail trade. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Party General Secretary, S. Sudhakar Reddy said, the move is against the interests of common man. He said, the government's claim that the oil companies are at a loss is not true as these companies pay huge dividends to the government every year.
