Legislator of CPI (ML) Manoj Manzil has been disqualified from&nbsp;Bihar&nbsp;assembly following his conviction in a murder case by a local MP-MLA court of Bhojpur district.<br />''The Secretariat of Bihar State Assembly has issued the notification in this regard. Manoj Manzil, a first-time MLA from Agiaon assembly constituency, and 22 others were sentenced to life imprisonment by the designated court on 13th February in a murder case of 2015.<br />''<br />''The 40-year-old CPI(ML) leader had won the Agiaon assembly seat of Bhojpur district in 2020 assembly elections defeating the JD(U) candidate Prabhu Nath Prasad with a margin of more than 37,000 votes.<br />
