The two day CPI-M Politburo meeting continues for the second day today in New Delhi. The meeting is drafting the agenda for the parties Central Committee Meeting to be held in August.<br/> <br/>On the first day yesterday, the Politburo decided to go into the issues about what went wrong in the recent civic body poll in West Bengal, after the state committee submits its report by the month end. AIR correspondent reports that top party leaders from West Bengal, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and Nirupama Sen are not attending the meeting today also.<br/>
