CPI leader Dasgupta demands full enquiry against 6 UPA ministers

The AITUC General Secretary and CPI Leader Mr. Gurudas Dasgupta has demanded the full and comprehensive enquiry against six ministers of the UPA Government at the Centre for alleged involvement in corruption and scams.<br/><br/>Taking to news persons in Kolkata today Mr. Dasgupta said that, before even the UPA- 2 Government finishing its first year in office, such allegations has come against 6 Central Ministers. He said that the Prime Minister can not avoid responsibility for the actions of these ministers. <br/><br/>Mr. Gurudas Dasgupta alleged that there has been no follow up action on these cases, despite assurances to this effect given by the Union Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee on the floor of the Parliament. <br/><br/>He said that the Maoist problem in West Bengal cannot be solved by force alone, but problems like hunger, poverty and unemployment have also got to be addressed.
