<span style="color: #222222;">In West Bengal, the state government has postponed the 27th Kolkata International Film Festival- KIFF after a large number of cine personalities attached to the festival committee contracted Covid infection. KIFF was scheduled to be held between 7-14th January 2022. After assessing the situation today, the government announced to temporarily postpone the festival to check further contamination of Covid among film buffs and citizens. Next date of the festival will be communicated later.</span>
