<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar Covid vaccine will be given to  four lakh 39 thousand  health workers  in the first phase of vaccination. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said the state government had already taken decision for free vaccination to all people of the state in a phased manner.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Pandey said all the preparations have been done now. Vaccination can begin any time soon in Bihar after getting the Centres nod.<br />'' <br />'' First shots will be given to health workers and a database of government health workers has been prepared, while the private ones have been told to submit the list.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile the COVID 19 recovery rate has improved to 97.61 per cent in Bihar. 490 patients recovered during the last 24 hours, while 397 new cases were reported.<br />'' <br />'' So far, two lakh 47 thousand 579 patients have recovered in the state. Currently, four thousand 669 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. </span><br />''  <br />
