COVID vaccine distributed to nine districts in Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy will begin the administering of COVID vaccine from the 16th of this month in the state.<br />''<br />'' Speaking to reporters in Tiruchi today, State Health Minister Vijayabhaskar said that COVID vaccine was distributed to nine districts including Pudukottai, Ariyalur,Perambalur, Karur and Thanjavur.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Answering a query, the Minister told that a person who receives the vaccination has to take the second dose in 28 days.  He explained that it will take 48 days for the vaccine to react after vaccination. He told that vaccinated person should not consume alcohol as soon as the vaccine is administered. The vaccine would be administered to hundred persons at 307 places in the state every day.</span><br />
