In Bihar, COVID vaccination coverage has crossed over the three-crore mark. Three crore one lakh 33 thousand beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the state so far. Out of these, over two crore 52 lakh 55 thousand people received their first dose and around 48 lakh 78 thousand their second dose. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, the State Health Department is in talks with the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to encourage more individuals to get the second dose of COVID vaccines by calling them up personally.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">Meanwhile, over seven lakh 15 thousand people have so far recovered from the Coronavirus infection. The state recovery rate has risen to over 98 percent while the test positivity rate has declined to below one percent. Active cases have come down to 212. Twenty-seven districts out of 38 districts in the state including Patna, Madhubani and Sitamarhi did not register any new cases.</span><br />
