He said that despite the phenomenal decrease in covid cases in state people should not become complacent and need to remain vigilant and follow covid protocols strictly.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that after a gap of more than 6 months the number of active covid patients in the state has come down to below 5 thousand.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">State currently has 4765 total active covid patients out of which 1215 are in home isolation. Only 197 new covid cases have been found in last 24 hours. Despite the decreasing number of covid patients, the government is still conducting more than 1 lakh covid tests regularly. Yesterday also more than 1 lakh 19 thousand tests were conducted.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile the next phase of vaccination will start tomorrow at 1600 places in state. State government has fixed Thursday and Friday of the week for covid vaccination.
